Tight inventory in the lower end under $225000, a lack of clean properties for sale, Interest rate increases, while minor so far, may be pushing some buyers into the condo & townhouse market.

St. Lucie inventory is at a 3.5 month level a 5 or 6 month level is considered a “normal” market. Townhomes & condos are at a 5.3 month level of inventory.
🏡 Our statistics indicate 437 single family homes for sale in Port St. Lucie under $250000- the lowest since the “bust” started. And 1115 homes for sale in any price range in PSL. This includes some “to be built” built homes listed in MLS.
